Forbes Recognizes BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina as One of America’s Best Employers for New Graduates

Columbia, S.C. — Forbes magazine has named BlueCross BlueShield of South Carolina to its 2020 list of America’s Best Employers for New Graduates. BlueCross is one of two South Carolina-based companies to make the nationwide list.

The ranking is determined by an independent, anonymous survey of approximately 20,000 U.S. young professionals working for companies employing at least 1,000 people. Respondents are asked to give their opinion about their own employer on several work-related topics including atmosphere and development, working conditions, salary and workplace diversity.
Earlier this year, BlueCross was recognized by Forbes as one of America’s Best Large Employers in South Carolina. The full list of America’s Best Employers for New Graduates of 2020 can be found on the Forbes website.
